I've spent the last year building this way in my own business.

I worked in tech for a decade before I ever ran a business. I was never a developer. I was the person translating between the people who wrote the code and the people running the operation.

When I became an owner, I kept hitting the same wall. My cleaning company needed a CRM that fit the way we actually worked. Nothing off the shelf did. So I started asking a different question. Could I build what I need?

The answer has been yes, over and over. A CRM that runs the business end to end. A review-request app that goes out over text. Small internal workflows that used to require an assistant. Every piece of it built by me, for the business I actually run.
